Easy hiking trail with great views of the village

From the municipal parking lot, follow the road to the petrol station and turn left into the settlement, at the end of which is the start of the trail to the Höhenweg. After slightly ascending serpentines, a relatively flat section follows with great views of the village. After a short descent, you reach the road to Ziegelau. Turn left at the almond chapel and return to the starting point via the village square.

Getting there Coming from Vienna A1 to the Amstetten West exit, via B121 to Waidhofen an der Ybbs, from there continue on B31 to Hollenstein an der Ybbs. Coming from the west A1 to the Oed exit, via Aschbach Markt on B121, via B121 to Waidhofen an der Ybbs, from there continue on B31 to Hollenstein an der Ybbs.
