School on the Farm

Nature education with a passion

We are delighted to give young people an insight into our world of agriculture and forestry.

As a nature educator, it is particularly important to me that pupils can engage deeply with issues surrounding agriculture, forests and sustainability. How does a farm work? What roles does the forest play? And why do we, as farmers, bear such a great responsibility for our environment?

We want to enable children and young people to get to know life on the farm, the work in the barn and in the forest, as well as the diversity and importance of our profession. It is particularly close to our hearts to make ecological connections understandable – and not just to explain them theoretically, but to bring them to life through all the senses.

Here, you’re welcome to observe, ask questions, give things a go and lend a hand. Because when you experience things for yourself, you understand them more deeply.

And it goes without saying that there’s plenty of fun to be had along the way.

I look forward to welcoming lots of curious young people to our farm and discovering nature together.
