With our Honey Gin, we tell a story – the story of our landscape in the Lower Austria Eisenwurzen Nature Park, of our meadows and forests.
Here, where the bees gather their honey amongst wildflowers and on the edges of the forest, the foundation for something truly special is laid. This honey embodies the diversity of our region – the warmth of summer days, the freshness of crisp mornings and the vitality of unspoilt nature.
It was important to us to capture precisely this character. Together with experienced distillers, we have developed a gin that brings our origins to life: robust juniper, selected herbs and the subtle, natural depth of our nature park honey. Not sweet, not bland – but tart, aromatic and authentic.
