Nature is full of little wonders

A soft humming in the meadow, a colourful butterfly in the sunlight or a rare orchid at the edge of the forest – Lower Austria’s nature parks are full of little wonders. If you take the time to look, you’ll discover a fascinating diversity of species that is often hidden right before our eyes.

With the BIOBLITZ Challenge from the Nature Parks of Lower Austria, you can become an explorer yourself. Together, we make biodiversity visible – and every observation counts.

Experience nature – alone, with the family or with your school class

Whether on a stroll, a hike or a family outing: the BIOBLITZ Challenge combines experiencing nature, identifying species and citizen science in a simple way.
