After the start in Waidhofen/Ybbs, the route initially continues upstream along the Ybbs, without any significant climbs.
In Klein-Hollenstein turn right for the ascent to the "Saurüssel", followed by the descent into the Ennstal. In Weyer turn right towards Waidhofen and after approx. 5km turn left towards Maria Neustift. In the "Gschnaidt-Graben" the road ramps up repeatedly with gradients of up to 17% and after a total of 4km you reach the "Kreuzgruberhöhe" - the heart of the Powerman route.
Continue briefly flat to the crossroads (Waidhofen an der Ybbs on the right, Maria Neustift on the left), which you cross straight ahead to ride the last few meters of altitude to the "Freidhofberg", the highest point of the tour. The route now continues at the top with beautiful views and a slight climb past Konradsheim, from where a very fast descent into the valley leads back to Waidhofen.
