Long hike on a forest road from Kleinhollenstein to the Schneekogel and back

From Kleinhollenstein station via the sometimes very steep Krenngrabenstraße to the Annahütte and then on a path up to the Schneekogel. From the Annahütte it is also possible to descend to Opponitz.

Getting there Coming from Vienna, take the A1 to Amstetten West exit, via B121 to Waidhofen an der Ybbs, from there continue on B31 to Kleinhollenstein an der Ybbs. Coming from the west, take the A1 to Oed exit, via Aschbach Markt on B121, via B121 to Waidhofen an der Ybbs, from there continue on B31 to Kleinhollenstein an der Ybbs.
