Brief description
Easy walkable hiking path with great views of the village
Description
From the municipal parking lot along the road to the gas station and turn left into the settlement, at the end is the start of the trail to the Höhenweg. After gently ascending switchbacks follows a relatively flat section with great views of the village. After a short descent you reach the road to Ziegelau. Turn left at the Mandel chapel and go back to the starting point via the village square.

Coming from Vienna A1 to the Amstetten West exit, via B121 to Waidhofen an der Ybbs, from there continue on B31 to Hollenstein an der Ybbs.
Coming from the west A1 to the Oed exit, via Aschbach Markt on B121, via B121 to Waidhofen an der Ybbs, from there continue on B31 to Hollenstein an der Ybbs.
